To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一客三件。蝦餅炸得香口,香茅味很出。唯蝦肉略嫌唔夠彈牙,無口感,透明醬汁點蝦餅食都夾。
此醬乃自家製的,老板娘話係用白酒醋加糖煑成嘅。個人還是比較喜歡點帶有辣味的雞醬(泰式辣醬)。

雖然性價比唔高,不過有lunch set 始終可以增加午市競爭力。有時lunch約朋友食飯見面,想傾到計又企理啲,可以嚟呢度。
