平時都好愛食海鮮，今次就去左8 度海逸酒店嘅8 度餐廳食dinner buffet，呢個buffet仲係主打海鮮，啱晒海鮮控呀❤️！包括有每日兩款空運到港的法國、美國或愛爾蘭即開新鮮生蠔，鮮味十足，可盡情大吃一番呀!仲有肉厚味鮮嘅鱈場蟹腳、飽滿嘅紐西蘭青口、鮮甜嘅海蝦同海螺等冰鎮海鮮同樣無限任食，勁滿足呀😍！自助餐更設有現場即製專櫃，包括:醬燒鮑魚，以新鮮鮑魚加上秘製醬汁連殼慢燒，口感鮮嫩爽甜，好正呀😍！仲有廚師即切嘅燒羊脾、燒特級牛肉，肉汁豐腴，好滋味！另外每日鮮製嘅花膠螺頭燉雞湯，非常足料，味道清潤又滋補，我都飲左2碗，係必飲推介呀😋👍🏻而刺身區仲有無限即點即切嘅新鮮刺身，包括三文魚、鯛魚、甜蝦同壽司等，好多款式！另外亦有多款開胃嘅冷盤和沙律，如青檸青酒浸大蜆、香草海鮮沙律、杞子花雕醉雞翼等，清新又開胃，而精選熱葷亦包羅萬有，當中包括:意式香草烤春雞伴黑松露汁、香煎三文魚配香檳汁、香濃惹味的燒羊扒及白酒煮藍青口、風味十足的川辣炒雞球及古法香橙骨等，每款菜式各具特色呀！最後甜品專區都有好多選擇，包括綠茶朱古力心太軟，切開有甘香綠茶的熔岩流心餡，另外推薦酒店招牌甜品芒果拿破崙，香甜又
