To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋回失落的譚仔味道

身邊總有幾個朋友是譚仔迷，每星期至少吃兩餐至三餐或以上。雖然我不是擁𧄌，但曾幾何時，一個月都會吃到兩三次。不過自從在九龍區某分店吃完平常必點的「腩肉魚腐酸辣米線」後，那種難以忘懷的奇怪味道嚇怕了我。事隔一年多，由於今日要快食午餐，趕住下一場的工作，見附近有譚仔，所以再次光顧。每次例牌點「腩肉魚腐酸辣米線」。先喝口湯，久違了的酸辣湯底，味道不錯。腩肉半肥瘦，帶點爽口。魚腐正常質素，而米線韌度剛好，不會煮得腍身。吃完之後，總算尋回我對譚仔的信心。部分譚仔的米線味道有時差異頗大，聽朋友分享，明明點同款米線，但有時A店的湯底偏酸，有時B店會偏甜或偏辣，所以他們一旦選中合「味緣」的米線，就多數只光顧那一家了。
