朋友介紹位於尖沙咀漆咸圍內街的一間特色日式料理,佢哋嘅料理主要都係廚師發板,套餐分三個價錢,有六百幾、八百幾到一千三百不等。由於好肚餓,而且想同太太食豪啲,於是揀咗1300嘅套餐,而且仲係好神秘,連食乜都唔知。前菜到咗,幾有驚喜,盛裝前菜嘅器皿好特別,拆開之後分開三盆,差唔多有成10款小食。每款一小口,款款有新意,而且味道相當唔錯。跟住上咗刺身,五款刺身都係高質素嘅靚野,同平時食開普通日式餐廳嘅刺身最大嘅分別係佢嘅溫度非常適中,絕對唔會說得太冰凍太硬,但係保持住應有嘅溫度。日本北海道生蠔配上三文魚子加柚子汁,鮮味非常!跟住上咗兩三海膽款熱暈,香煎銀鱈魚拼煎豬肉卷。清燉海鮮湯海膽燉蛋,啖啖海膽肉的,美味無比。跟住10款師傅親自挑選新鮮嘅材料製作手握壽司,分別係:黑立、方弗魚、油甘魚、金目魚、馬交魚、天使蝦、火炙左口、平政魚、吞拿腩。師傅問我最鍾意食邊一件,我就話係入口即溶嘅吞拿魚,師傅即刻回應普遍香港人都鍾意食肥美嘅吞拿魚,但係日本人就唔係。最後飲完麵鼓湯後,便上咗甜品拼盤,賣相相當唔錯,只係本人不愛吃甜食。
