To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋找不到真正譚仔的味道

近年譚仔米線水準下降咗，每次食都預咗失望。疫情嚴重，好多店舖都關咗，唯有俾多次機會佢。結果，還是失望。一個人去買外賣，叫咗腐皮豬肉麻酸辣米線。米線硬似膠，一D都唔軟滑。外賣湯極少，麻酸辣完全冇味，好似用好多水溝淡左咁。豬肉柴到好似煲湯肉咁乾。最神奇係腐皮，落咗水煮，以前又係好香軟，都可以好似塊紙皮咁😓其實，碗米線成$40，理應可以俾D好D食材。另外，叫咗大土匪雞翼，細隻咗好多，乾爭爭雪咗好耐咁。總括而言，無一可取，以後不會光顧。有冇人可以話我知，可以去邊度尋回昔日譚仔嘅味道呀😮‍💨
