To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天休假，和妹妹一起去尋找回憶中的美味排骨麵。這家金祥以前在北角有分店，那時候常常和妹妹去吃炸排骨麺；自從北角分店結業後有幾年沒吃了，突然想起所以約定有空去西環老店尋味。叫了炸排骨腐皮卷米線$38炸排骨依然鬆脆好味，炸紫菜腐皮卷點些紅醋也很好吃，但是米線煮久了變得太淋、太糊口了。感覺比以前北角店吃的變差了，這次吃完應該不會再特意坐車來吃了。
