臨近聖誕,好多地方都做緊大減價優惠。觀塘嘅駱駝漆大廈都唔例外,上網見幾間運動鋪都有靚優惠就拉埋老死過黎執返幾隻。行到夜晚就直接係呢度開埋餐,費事走來走去。行經掌壽司見個秋之盛好吸引就決定係店開餐,分量同價錢與朋友SHARE食啱啱好。前菜吉備奈子與八爪魚足一齊擺盤,造型覺得好靚。除左八爪魚腳,仲有少見嘅八爪魚吸盤。吉備奈子又名丁香魚,因為保鮮困難平時食開魚乾零食為多。但今餐食到新鮮嘅刺身真係一個驚喜。銀白相間而又雪亮透明嘅魚肉,細細一片都已經鮮味十足。蘸上醋味噌來吃,酸酸甜甜又涼爽,非常開胃。八爪魚腳同吸盤肉質爽脆有彈性,再三咀嚼之下咸鮮味更出。宮城珍珠蠔雖然細細隻,但都飽滿厚身,入口鮮甜回甘味長。加上冰得夠凍瑤柱位好爽口。十貫壽司。擺設簡單,拖羅及赤身以金箔點綴,更顯貴氣。與友人分享剛剛好。拖羅佈滿油脂雪花,未食已經令人流晒口水。因為魚肉上界上細密格網,所以入口加速溶化,咀嚼下滿口油香而且鮮嫩肉質清甜非常。赤貝即係同大家食潮州菜時會遇到嘅螄蚶屬同一類,只不過係大小有別。貝肉用上蝶切法做成蝴蝶形狀,食落質感柔軟甘甜中略帶澀味,味道在幾款壽司中算濃郁。海膽壽司口感軟棉幼滑,濃香甘甜味道入口
