To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 五年前在此訂終身,今天我倆又牽手回到這地方品嚐美食,順道懷緬甜蜜的時光。這幾年老公常常說很懷念婚宴中的一道菜式-油泡蟹鉗,所以訂枱時我們已預留了兩客。除了蟹鉗($288/位),我們看罷餐牌上不盡的精緻菜式,點了鹵水鴨舌拼海哲($128),黑椒蔥爆牛柳粒($268),脆皮桂花燒雞($250/半隻),生菜絲牛崧炒飯($240)和兩道甜點-蛋白杏仁茶($58)和國金三式美點($58),以及餐廳送贈的紀念日蛋糕一個,吃得我們心滿意足!每道菜式,食材新鮮,烹調技術一流,而且佐食的醬汁,看出大廚的心機和功架!例如我們點了的燒雞,配附上的酸梅醬汁,令原本已皮香肉滑的雞,提味數倍!又例如生菜牛崧炒飯,飯炒得乾身,配料也新鮮好味,老公要連吃兩大碗才能停下來😂至於甜點,不得不讚這裡的杏仁茶做得非常出色,杏仁餬磨得細滑醇香,多年來水準依舊,別處難求!不過,今晚我點的三式美點就不如預期中好-「拉椰糕」不夠椰香,也欠軟糯,另外Mira馳名多年的「燕窩蛋撻」,今晚也做得死實了一點,可輕輕改善。講完食物,也要讚這裡的服務非常殷勤貼心,令客人感覺舒服。總括而言,這裡環境、服務、食物俱佳,米芝蓮二星,實非浪得虛名,我們
