Restaurant: Empire City Roasted Duck

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對中菜發展有點遺憾

小籠包超有水準 值得一讚湯汁飽滿 有20多摺 所以不會一夾就破可惜一講到主菜1分鐘上菜？？？ 其實系30秒左右片皮鴨切定好多好多碟眼見15至20碟 保暖不足我6點到 我第一台落單 都系凍的算 我可以當你地好生意 真忙但下面依個所謂的江南菘子魚收$328第一松子無炒香第二打流水掛汁 唔好打太多生粉水 過多生粉水d汁全部都系一大塊膠水甘第三麻煩不如叫菘子魚（塊）會好d 唔夠一條魚的件數你放埋頭同尾冇咩意思 羊頭狗肉嗎第四魚肉唔夠新鮮 帶腥味 btw你可以話魚正常腥 但你可以上d胡椒粉蓋去腥味 你再用糖醋蓋去胡椒粉味吧其實依餐唔貴 加一$999你可以當我系西客但利申本人都系總廚一名很抱歉 有點遺憾依d出品我真心接受唔到 謝謝
