To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上, 繼續係大埔車站周邊, 食完先走. 大快活試了, 美心MX試了. 呢一次, 就輪到大阿哥, 大家樂了. 而我既選擇, 同樣是雞扒, 蘿蔔糕, 炒滑蛋同奶茶.大家樂的, 是蜜糖雞扒, 食落雞皮脆, 蜜糖味重, 大家樂取勝的, 就是這蜜糖雞扒. 甜甜的味道, 就是其皇道. 炒蛋, 加了香草的, 不甚喜歡, 滑同香既程度, 算是三者中的最後一位. 蘿蔔糕就比較有味有餡.說出我最欣賞的, 就是大家樂杯濃濃香香滑滑兼奶味十足既奶茶啦.....
