M佬工幹第一晚,屋企煮麵食;M佬工幹第二晚,買咗個麵包食;M佬工幹最後一晚,我決定對自己好啲,今晚就去中環蘭桂坊覓食!唔好諗多咗,我嘅覓食意思係搵間fine dine食好西,對自己好啲先得!食我最鍾意嘅日本菜 - 浪人日本料理。枝豆一坐低店員就送上枝豆,同平時食開嘅唔同,呢個枝豆經過調味同微煮,除咗有微香嘅蒜味,仲有清香嘅醬油味。壽司今日選擇咗四款壽司:三文魚、帆立貝、牡丹蝦、吞拿魚腩。三文魚嘅魚脂味十足;帆立貝就夠晒彈牙,仲好膠口;牡丹蝦就成隻手掌咁大隻,蝦肉好鮮甜,極富彈性,鮮爽無比;至於食到我嘩嘩聲就係呢碟吞拿魚腩,魚脂分佈鮮明,而且夠晒新鮮,仲有入口即熔嘅感覺!季節魚刺身呢度嘅海產主要由東京築地空運到港,因為受到季節同時令嘅影響,所以每星期嘅刺身都唔一樣,而今晚嘅選擇,好多款我聽都未聽過,但最令我味覺喜愛嘅就係金目鯛同黑陸,魚味夠晒鮮濃,真係好想encore再encore!味噌豚肉鍋至於主菜嘅選擇就係豚肉鍋,豚肉係選用五花腩,但就一啲都唔肥,只係得近皮有少少脂肪,食落唔油膩,肉質夠嫩,至於湯底味道清清哋,唔會太濃,食完又唔會話好口喝!
