To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約了幾位朋友到樂富茶木<Tea Wood>，平時到茶木都只享用甜品，今次就希望一次過食完晚飯兼享用甜品。去到餐廳，眼見餐廳都掛住小丸子的圖案，也有一張小丸子的餐牌，對有小朋友來說也相當吸引。我們坐了卡位，地方闊落。我們先叫了一客蒜香炸魚豆腐，非常香脆可口，雖然都頗熱氣，但也忍不住吃了幾件。接着叫了晚餐鳳梨鮮果甜酸肉（$79），台式滷味拼盤（$73）再令叫一碗蠔仔粥，晚市套餐會再包一碗白飯，一杯飲品及一件蛋糕。食完晚餐，我們幾個就分享一碗甜品黑糖芒果芋圓仙草
