今日過咗嚟上環開會,放工約阿San順手食埋飯先返屋企,其實中上環小區都有唔小臥虎藏龍的小餐廳,所以得閒過嚟捐窿捐罅搵吓食都唔錯。而今晚就俾呢個門口吸引住,左青龍右白虎的壁畫,配個金底但英文名字的招牌,幾特別!入到去仲有signage 同牌匾寫住"我愛慢煮,睇嚟呢度應該主打Sous Vide菜色紅磚牆、木枱配金屬椅子,加上有升半層嘅間隔,空間唔錯,今晚人少少,文青工業風裝潢令人好relax 入到去,staff介紹呢度係半自助式,姐係自己去counter order之後staff 會送飲品野食埋嚟。我同阿San 各點咗杯椰子水薄荷特飲同西柚薑啤特飲,兩杯野都幾精緻,飲落亦都好清爽。小食方面,今晚我哋點咗咸蛋黃醬天婦羅蝦,佢當然無出面咁有個蛋黃醬"濕"包住D蝦,但個咸蛋味都好出,而且成隻蝦炸得好乾身好脆,我哋連蝦尾都食埋之後就到左今日嘅重點!呢度出名食慢煮,所以我哋就叫咗個慢煮36小時嘅牛肋骨。佢初頭上枱時候我哋都睇唔出佢係牛肋骨,因為平時食開嘅都係肉連住一舊骨,但佢呢度可能已經將牛肋骨煮得好琳,所以D肉已經軟到同骨分開,可以一件件上(有骨伴返係旁邊)。而且佢個gravy 都好好味,蘸埋肉食

最後我哋再叫咗個carbonara, 佢醬汁收得幾乾,啱啱好包住D意粉,而且焗完即上,熱辣辣,D 邊邊的芝士仲微微哋焦,我就最鐘意,全部俾我”liu”哂嚟食!
