放假同屋企人食晏,屋企人想食點心,又唔想去酒樓迫,就去咗附近嘅點心店。小小嘅點心店,選擇都唔少,我哋一共叫咗五樣嘢食,當中最令我哋記得嘅就係雞札。呢度嘅雞札好足料,用新鮮嘅魚肚而唔係豬皮,雞肉好大件好滑,而腐竹亦都好香。點心來講,火候都好重要架。陳師父嘅火候控制得好好,點心蒸出嚟熱辣辣,但肉質依然有口感,冇overcook。
