To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

藉著假期，到南丫島走走，從榕樹灣落船，向著索罟灣方向行。行到德記茶餐廳，見有6個人排隊，我們也跟著排。典型的茶餐廳，細細的，重要的菜式貼在牆上，我們揀了星洲炒米及公司三文治，午餐包熱飲一杯。星洲炒米看落唔錯，配料多，有火煺丶蝦丶青椒丶紅椒丶洋蔥及蛋。米粉炒得乾身，不過油和硬，啱啱好！加埋咖哩粉，微辣兼香口，好快俾我地KO曬。😋😋😋公司三文治有特色，有生菜和蕃茄，夾著午餐肉丶豬排及炒蛋，多士烘得香脆，食落口感豐富，好味，絶對值得推薦。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
