Restaurant: Island Table Grocer Cafe

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這應該是坪洲最多人打卡的Cafe, 無他, 鄰近碼頭而且有露天座位, 座在外面享受冬日, 已是其他在坪洲的餐廳不能媲美的事. 咖啡當然是這裏的主軸, 這裏用的咖啡豆烘焙度不太深, 味道還是偏向Fruity, 我個人並不抗拒, 喝得舒服, 不加奶也可以, 但可能並不是我女友的茶, 因為她喜歡的口味是偏Nutty的類型.說是一家在離島的Cafe, 食物種類和選擇多元化, 而且不少做法也相當複雜, 並非揸流攤. 像是我吃的肉醬千層意粉, 焗得夠燙, 肉醬肉粒夠多而味道偏向蕃茄的果酸, 麵皮口感厚實而堅挺, 再加上表面豐富的芝士絲, 味道不錯, 略嫌油份多了一點, 比一般的膩. 反而酸種多士的脆度和內裡的軟熟平均度很不錯, 可以到達不少高級食肆的水平, 加上火腿, Balsamic Vinegar和火箭菜, 味道簡單但舒服, 也很配合坪洲這個休閑小島的氣氛設定呢!
