To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得第一次搵呢間餐廳嘅時候，左穿右插搵左好耐，一個毫不起眼的位置竟然有咁好食嘅bagels。貝果係紐約style，即係唔會彈身,，係要拉扯要牙力咬嘅貝果,，最鍾意佢嘅藍莓味,，甜甜地,，配埋煙三文魚同cream cheese，好夾好和諧。選擇內餡嘅時候，亦可以揀埋貝果口味，自己mix and match，配搭最鍾意嘅口味。除左藍莓味，仲有其他口味，例如洋蔥、everything、原味等等，每次黎都會買幾個返屋企食🤤
