To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天約了好友,一同參加一個下午在灣仔區內舉行的試酒會;而同一天早上好友早上要到跑馬地區辦點事情,因利成便在附近來個午餐了;各樣因素在前,兩人經一番商量後,覺得來個中式輕食點的(尤其粉麵加小食類)午餐比較好;於是用Openrice大神來搜尋一下資料,最後選了一間餐廳叫--上海弄堂菜肉餛飩,就打電話去訂位了;約了好友十二點半在餐廳外面見面;而好友要辦的事情早早完成而一早來到,因天氣開始變得有點熱大家就馬上進內入座了;(說起跑馬地的交通,可由銅鑼灣地鐵站時代廣場出囗那邊走過去;但我選擇了在銅鑼灣搭電車入去,一來天氣實在有點熱,二來又可觀賞沿途景色,在進餐之前令心情更輕鬆愉快,才是真正的週日節奏!)餐廳店面不算大,但裝潢與格局營造得有點家庭式的溫暖,值得讚賞!而且,店內的客人似乎都偏向斯文,沒有在大聲的交談,所以置身其中的確是多了一份安逸悠然的感覺!隨後侍應生遞上的餐牌一看之下,原來弄堂是小巷的意思,也正合此餐廳所處的街道,頗是有點雅意!而菜式方面選擇也可說真不少,各式在港常見的滬菜食品一應俱全;但好友與我都同時看中了午飯套餐,於是按每人的心水點了菜;落了單之後,估不到上菜的速度是那麼快;最先

最先上來的是好友點的套餐主菜--回鍋肉配菜飯;(除澱粉質主食外,其他菜式好友與我都分享來吃)
回鍋肉炒得火候充足;大火快炒之下,椰菜口感爽脆,回鍋肉的醃製與調味得宜,辣度帶出肉香,入口同時又有煙燻味透出,整體相當不俗!
我點的紅燒肉百葉結配湯麵隨後也上來了;

紅燒肉的肥瘦比例相當均勻,吃起來肉香油香與醬油味甜味也很融和,雖油潤卻又不膩口!百葉結的質感厚實而豐富,咀嚼起來有彈性,而且吸收了醬油味,與本身的豆乾味也相當配襯!

一眼看來,與粵式雲吞不同之處,此店的上海餛飩皮是較厚一些,更像餃子多點;

或許外皮的特性炸得不像粵式春卷一脆到底,其外皮脆中帶點軟糯,但與菇菌類的質感倒也同一路線,都是要慢慢細嚼,那菇菌的香氣由味蕾中散發,也是相當不錯!

總結此餐,在跑馬地區內找到一間有小店之美的滬菜食肆,其食物有一定質素之餘價錢亦十分合理,與好友也很享受這樣的一個週日午餐!

飯後水杯指數(食店食物調味濃淡度,5杯為最濃),本人給予3杯,以此類上海小菜食物來說值得頗高程度的推薦!
