向太子無無聊聊,睇下openrice有咩多好評嘅餐廳,就撞左入黎食。餐廳裝潢霸氣外露,中西合璧。靜靜地,好適合兩個人進餐!撞正時間仲有live band!餐湯係周打蜆湯。估唔列周打蜆湯都可以有驚喜!湯蜆味濃郁,蜆大隻,唔係非常重奶油味,但係有種好firm嘅口感。蝦多士蝦味好鮮,我覺得最重要係佢個sauce係 garlic sauce架,化解不小蝦多士嘅油膩感。Risotto 煮得岩岩好al dente,飯芯較細但明顯,向香港人要嘅軟熟白飯同正綜Risotto 中間attain 到一個equilibrium。墨魚海鮮汁味道濃厚。Sous vide 嘅豬腩肉非常滑,再之後處理一個香口外皮,雖然非常不健康,但我覺得心臟強壯人士好應該一試!鯛魚肉味濃。Grill 過嘅蔬菜都好味,特別想講下個Artichoke 好滑,無果層好粗糙嘅外層。下次病好左我都要試似下啤酒先。
