To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日約埋班老友係我公司附近小店喜滿樓食個晚飯。之前見呢間喜滿樓有咁多人讚，都幫襯下。我地叫了一個炒飯，幾個小菜。黑松露叉燒粒炒飯，炒得粒粒分明，黑松露好香。鮮菠蘿脆皮咕嚕肉，酸酸甜甜好開胃，我最怕太肥咕嚕肉，呢度咕嚕肉肥瘦適中。味菜炒鮮魷，呢個菜炒得好惹味，鮮魷好彈牙。呢度成日推出新菜式，樓面哥哥介紹左一個新菜叫星洲酸辣骨，個醬汁似茄汁加辣，加埋洋蔥好香口惹味，這個新菜才98元大大碟，我一向都鍾意幫襯小店，通常比我滿足的驚喜。
