To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫左一個嫩雞煨面$88小籠包4隻$54無叫野飲埋單$191加一十幾蚊茶位兩個人共$24蚊杯茶係茶記比你一個膠杯用黎浸住筷子嘅樣子，飲晒杯茶要你嗌先會加比你咁嘅款野食的話，正常小店，無驚喜亦都無失望你會問我，喂人地個menu一定有寫要加一要茶位，你自己唔睇戇居姐但戇居同有common sense都應該可以共存掛。我嘅common sense係，地鋪小店大約十二個位，木板凳，QR code落單，普通新式冰室裝修及感覺。QR code落完上菜食完行去櫃位埋單。咁嘅體驗要收加一仲要$12蚊茶錢一位？ 合唔合理先？
