今日朋友介紹去韓國街的一間日本餐廳,位置都頗為隱蔽,正所謂「眼大睇過龍」,我經過了兩次都沒有察覺到 🤣 門面以木為主,十分簡約。店舖雖小,但十分整齊,我們坐在吧枱上,可看到師傅製作食物過程!萵筍沙律:用這個作前菜十分適合,十分清新雞肉棒:雞肉棒配上糖心蛋,又滑又嫩雞皮、銀杏:朋友就點了這些,因為她很喜歡紫蘇雞:也是朋友要求點的,因為她超愛紫蘇葉 厚岸生蠔:超大隻生蠔,肥美而且很 creamy 磯煮鮑魚:鮑魚一點也不老,超厚得來又不會韌,啖啖肉鹽燒秋刀魚:秋刀魚是我其中一樣至愛,燒得剛剛好,還能鎖住魚的鮮味和肉汁手打稻庭烏冬:我就點了烏冬啦,質地爽彈又滑。看似細小的一碗,原來都很飽肚芝士年糕:,最後點了芝士年糕作「甜品」!外脆內軟,很有芝士香味
