To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次係我第三次幫襯呢間小店,我嗌咗個金菇牛柳絲炒烏冬,屋企人就叫咗佢平時食開(食過翻尋味)嘅客家炆豬肉飯。今次記得攞埋飯盒去裝飯,環保啲之餘仲有自備餐具嘅優惠㗎!個烏冬攞到返屋企已經唔太熱,可能因為咁樣,聞起上嚟冇平時去茶餐廳嗰啲炒烏冬咁香。不過食落覺得入味得來唔會太鹹,亦比起平時出街食嘅落得少油。牛柳絲同金菇都唔韌,加埋我自己鍾意食嘅洋蔥一齊食又夾喎,側邊仲有時菜!成件事真係好似食緊阿媽整嘅住家飯咁!小店每日都會有唔同嘅是日主菜,大家諗緊下餐食乜嘅時候,不妨去佢嘅社交平台page望吓今日嘅1號午餐係乜。(最近開埋晚市,不過未有機會試食)之前有一次食咗個1號餐「茄汁蝦碌配沙爹肉絲炒蛋時菜飯」,跟埋香茅檸檬飲品。兩隻蝦碌本身已經大隻,用茄汁整真係惹味,再加埋唔肥嘅沙嗲肉絲、炒得幾香嘅炒蛋,連埋嘢飲四十幾蚊真係相當唔錯。小店食物質素高,好味又健康,員工有禮,又係與港人同行嘅良心小店,希望街坊同附近嘅打工仔多多懲罰
