To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次光顧,大約1:55左右到達,1:59左右下單,店主極速替我們完成下單,突然侍應把餐單換成下午茶,原來這裡二時有下午茶。到我點的午餐焗飯到達,發現和鄰桌的下午茶迷你焗飯一樣大小,由於怕有送錯,所以詢問店長,這是不是正常大小,他立即說:"我們只有一種size, 其實價錢也差不多”,沒錯,相差廿元我們付得起,不過原來午餐焗飯,和下午茶焗飯是一模一樣,那麼,為什麼下午茶叫作“迷你”,我們不熟下午茶時段,為什麼也不提點同樣的食物,1分鐘後的下午茶時段也有,他們是沒有義務,但感覺很差,應該不會再去了。而且,52元的焗飯,只有迷你的size,性價比很低。
