To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 外賣晚市二人套餐，薑蔥霸皇雞加蜜桃咕嚕肉，兩個白飯，兩個燉湯，外賣收費加兩蚊，共$170，等左40分鐘先出到先評味道，10分可俾7.5分，雞肉夠滑，咕嚕肉雖經過外賣盒焗過，不過不失但是，萬事就係差一個但是，薑蔥霸皇雞只係俾個雞架，無翼無脾，我食左個寂寞味道，難道外賣盒太細放唔入要放棄最多肉既部位？但係個外賣盒係有大有細，都唔使專登選個細個盒架？曾在堂食叫過二人餐，半隻雞正常上碟，轉成外賣就出事，縮數縮到太恐怖，慎之慎之
