食個牛肉薄切拉麵,啲湯完全唔夠熱,變左生牛肉拉麵,最閉啲牛肉唔係生食級,食到反胃,湯底都好弱😅😅😅😅😅木耳好似食緊茶記雲耳蒸雞果啲口感,紫菜又受潮,另外嗌左個廣島蠔拉麵,算正常,價錢係平,但我覺得呢個價都唔值,叉燒都醃得好差,好似食白烚肉咁,個麵本身唔貴,本身都冇預好好食。點解當初會去食就係因為見到街坊推薦,食完真係搞唔掂,唔好當佢日式拉麵好啲😂如果有心真係想學日式拉麵既經營模式,最基本都要畀個夠熱既湯客人,希望改善下
