唔知由幾時開始市面上越來越多食落好似橡膠咁嘅燒賣。細細個時食嘅又軟又彈牙嘅魚肉燒賣,而家已經好難搵到,作為燒賣控嘅我,偶然搵到呢一間小食店,食到以前細個時嘅味道。嚟到嘅時候見到有好多人圍住買混醬腸粉,相信佢嘅腸粉應該好好食,但由於我哋一陣要去手食晚餐所以都唔夠膽食咁飽,最後叫左一份燒賣($10/8粒)。熱辣辣嘅燒賣咬落軟熟彈牙,唔係食落一口粉個種,而且仲有少少魚味,配埋佢嘅甜豉油好好食!我覺得佢嘅燒賣同通達嘅好似,食落都係好好味,係以前細個街邊食到個種咁嘅。好希望呢種傳統嘅街頭美食唔好失傳落去。
