強記美食,相信好多人都認識。我都是N年前,同事帶來,才吃過。今日走來回味,皆因煎炒腸粉/糯米飯/喳咋都是我flavor!腸粉己預先下麻醬/豉油/芝麻。雖然很油,但很有鑊氣,兼少許煎焦了,腸粉韌中帶香。十足舊式”傳統”風味。正!凍的綠豆沙,已售罄。唯有喳咋啦,大熱天時,在室外吃熱野.....吃好野,也要一點「代價」。杰身的,喳咋有花奶,麥米,西米紅豆,一絲絲的椰絲,等等。啖啖也很多豆,夠晒足料。好吃的東西,通常較濃味,所以不知是腸粉的醬油?還是喳咋太甜?吃完有確喉感。
