To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日有個任務要替友人接小朋友放學，順便帶他去附近的餐廳吃個午餐。深井其實好多食肆，但小朋友想去吃意粉，於是選擇左Kcal，叫咗一個午餐，首先來的是餐湯，西蘭花忌廉湯，質素唔錯，還有自家製的麵包，熱辣辣好鬆軟。焗芝士肉醬蘑菇意大利粉 真是不錯的選擇，小朋友告訴我他時時都會嚟吃意大利粉，好好味的。肉醬味道非常好 而且肉還是粗粒的好有嚼口，意大利粉的質地也恰到好處，好有質感。小朋友好鍾意滿佈芝士的肉醬，他還會玩拉絲呢。小小的小朋友還會自己選擇餐飲，午餐還送上檸檬蛋糕，完美的一個午餐。
