To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

女兒個個星期都嚷著要去一去元氣壽司(我地叫嬲壽司,因為個人樣招牌)，原因佢屬於偏食一族，但很喜歡呢度既烏冬,泡芙和炸蝦卷，次次黎都食呢3㨾小女子唯有捨命陪公主。。。呢度d壽司屬於中等價錢，味道尚可，大人小朋友都食得開心，我多數會叫個三文魚頭湯，熱辣辣，魚頭滑＂劣劣＂同肥美，湯底鮮甜,又有甜甜的白蘿蔔配襯。螺片壽司，螺片鮮甜爽脆。軟殼蟹手卷，yum yum必食。尤其偶到剛剛炸起的軟殼蟹，熱辣辣脆卜卜好正！炸蝦卷，泡芙，女兒至愛。其實壽司中規中舉，食材尚算新鮮。
