To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

来过很多次,我是广州人,在香港工作。很喜欢吃日本拉面,特别是小林扎幌拉麵,日本三大拉面之一,属于正统。這裡的设计很人性化,座位可以像日剧里面那样选择单人座挺有意思,特别注重隐私,拉面也可以根据自己喜好来调整面条硬度配料等满足不同需求。服务细致得惊人,我们五个人按照各自喜好填好了自己的菜单,汤的浓度、辣度、葱量等等各不相同。服务员一会儿又麻利地把五碗面摆在我们面前,五碗面看起来一个样,实际上服务员已经按照每个人各自的点单摆好,佩服他们的细心程度。汤底闻上去就感觉很舒服。我喜欢偏硬的那种,筋道非常,爽口而有韧劲。
