To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍灣景發工業大廈入邊都有間中菜幾了得叫做大豐澳門餐廳。款式夠多有火鍋，小炒，煲仔飯等，什至可以來料海鮮加工，預訂私房菜！地方夠大夠闊落，價錢都相宜。蒸盧魚，可以選擇唔同做法， 豉汁，薑蔥，冬菜。麵豉。梅菜等，我就選擇了豉汁，size好大條有12寸長都有，蒸得剛剛好，肉質嫩夠滑，魚肉夠厚身多肉！調味味道幾好都好入味。Xo西蘭花炒蝦球，蝦球質地爽彈緊緻，份量都幾足料，西蘭花都幾清脆！xo醬炒得都幾有鑊氣。瑤柱蛋白炒飯，炒飯粒粒分明炒得幾爽身唔油膩，雖然唔係貴材料，但係幾考廚師功夫！炒得幾有火喉，味道剛好。
