To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友去咗金豪酒家聚餐,入到裡面,環境闊落,好多張大枱,適合多人聚餐。餐廳有好多唔同菜式選擇,有海鮮、炒飯、炒麵、家常菜、濃湯雞煲翅、避風塘小炒等。飲料有茶、啤酒、汽水等。我地點咗海鮮孖寶(包1隻避風塘炒蟹同4隻鹽燒聖子)、椒鹽豆腐、艷影蝦球、懷舊生炒排骨、啫啫通菜、米綱蝦春卷。蟹.蟶子海鮮孖寶本身點咗避風塘炒蟹同聖子,但聖子轉咗豉椒炒蝦,味道都唔錯。椒鹽豆腐豆腐外面包住一層椒鹽粉漿,炸得夠鬆脆。一口咬落去,食到外面脆皮,裡面豆腐又夠滑,味道唔錯。艷影蝦球,蝦球都夠大舊。懷舊生炒排骨排骨炒得夠入味,味道酸酸甜甜。菠蘿夠新鮮。啫啫通菜好特別,上菜後即時再炒一炒,好有鑊氣,通菜夠嫩。米綱蝦春卷
