經常見傳媒介紹拍板小館,食物有質素,地點方便泊車,聽說老闆有很多藝人朋友,是藝人聚腳地。 每天都有 $1 特別優惠,今天我們一行8人,選擇了果皮蒸大連鮮鮑,果皮磨蓉放面,蒸得腍滑。前菜涼拌雲耳酸甜平衡,頗討好。 欖角骨先到,一字排開,排骨有咬口,味道帶甜,欖角味不重,不油不膩。蝦仁炒蛋考火候,蛋滑蝦仁爽。百里香牛肋骨已起肉,軟腍入味帶少許肥,有牛味,值得推介。 花膠扒是拍板小館的拿手菜,厚身軟滑,鮑汁濃厚美味,吃過花膠後,不想浪費醬汁精華,整煲回廚房加入粗麵伴食,醬汁滋味,可惜粗麵仍有點點鹼水味,算是美中不足。 蔥油雞用新鮮雞,嫩滑有雞味,皮下脂肪少,還附上腑胵,蔥油味淡,下次還是預訂炸子雞吧。 啫啫芥蘭煲後,再來金牌銀芽肉絲煎米粉,香口而不油膩。送上甜品桂花紅豆糕,甜味適中,兩種口味集一身,蠻特別,雖然個人還是喜歡分開食。 拍板小館以小菜為主,但用料有堅持及火候控制得宜,這餐每人平均消費約 $300,不收開瓶費,是聚餐嘆酒傾計的好地方。
