To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境4分：正常連鎖餐廳格局，地方都幾大幾好坐，可以畀四分。衛生4分：枱面乾淨企理，飲品全部有蓋，Ｄ調味樽又冇話黐立立，散枱全部有塊板隔開，一樣畀四分。服務3分： 落單，上菜，埋單夠爽手，唔囉唆，態度好，係帶位果個有Ｄ黑面，所以扣佢兩分。味道3分：1)     凍豆漿好似冇以前咁甜，可以話係健康左嘅，不過要甜Ｄ先好飲Ｄ，扣一分。2)     小籠包有佢一貫水準，即叫即蒸，夠快但又夠熱，皮薄餡靚多汁。抵食3分：茶錢加到去九蚊，小籠包都要成四十二蚊，一Ｄ都唔平，畀三分。
