To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為每次去到都已經收工，今次專登放假落去光輝圍食小籠包，去到兩點幾都已經爆滿，可能因為放假關係，叫咗一個小籠包同兩個客飯，最後每人 65蚊價錢都可以接受，可能下次會再試其他嘢食。小籠包的確推介抵食好味！一黎夠熱度，睇已經入面勁多湯，小心一咬落去湯已流出黎，味道吾錯，肉吾太硬夠香，配上醋，好味，而且價錢好似$29，堅抵食。午市客飯口水雞（餐廳推介），講真醬汁的確吾錯，但雞完全失望，口感差鞋身之餘仲要解凍勁差，一堆野咁。糖醋魚塊，味道一般，醋味吾多，魚塊味道偏淡。菜飯似白飯加菜而已，餐再送豆漿，大約$50，價錢可接受但質素就一般。
