估唔到... 霸王山莊, 不知不覺由6間分店變為2間分店~~~ 真係生意難做..  要留住客人事實好難, 希望多D廚師有心去烹調食物去留住每一位客人~~^^花彫醉雞 $78- , 夠入味, 花彫味好濃~~ 雞肉仲保持到嫩, GOOD~ 而且一做去晒骨啖啖肉 如果大碟多少少就更好 霸王小籠包 $35 (4隻), 呢個我推介, 皮薄又多肉汁~ 熱騰騰即刻食, 好正~ (小籠包貴手工, 人手製造 )酸辣湯 (例) $95- , 呢個SIZE可以分到5碗, 呢個算係中辣, 我勉強食到咋, 本身食唔到好辣~~有肉條 (平時出面得好少肉, 而且得肉絲, 呢到係肉條)、豆腐、冬笋, 木耳 <<好足料>> 酸辣湯的特點是酸、辣、咸、鲜、香~ 霸王炒飯 ($78), 炒飯最難係粒粒分明, 個飯食過幾次, 水汁保持到, 材料有菜粒, 蝦仁, 肉粒, 飯面舖左乾既蝦仔乾, 瑤柱絲.乾扁四季豆 ($75), 今次唔掂呀, 炒到有D燶味~~ 如果我係個廚師會炒過碟先比客人食~ 四季豆又唔係D咩貴野~ =_=起到開茶, 可以要"桂花烏龍茶"~~~ 好香桂花味
