To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 到訪養和醫院探朋友,完事後到附近彭慶記用餐。一行四人吃了小菜如下:粟米斑塊:魚肉質素OK,但整體口感實了一點。大良炒鮮奶:入口白滑不油膩,不俗!醬燒骨:肉質夠腍,軟骨又帶點脆口,醬汁酸中帶甜又帶點辣,挺惹味。薑葱蠔煲:薑葱味道不夠搶口,蠔肉外皮帶脆,蠔香對辦。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子:蟶子肉質爽甜鮮嫩,不錯。琵琶豆腐:豆香中混入點點芫茜味道,外脆內軟。楊州炒飯:賣相不俗,炒得香口,中間菜絲給予一份爽口感覺。
