To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日喺中環收工,同同事食埋晚飯先返屋企,同事帶我嚟蛇王芬食小菜,初時我都驚訝唔係剩係得蛇羹食嘅咩原來呢度有唔少款式小菜,味道仲唔錯添!鋪頭好有年代感,新年期間都擺左盤大桃花,幾有氣氛福建炒飯炒飯材料有雞肉、魚肉、蝦、瑤柱絲、蔬菜粒,芡汁濃稠啱啱好,材料亦係啱啱熟,雞肉睇都知勁嫩滑而炒飯都夠乾身又好香蛋味,見到粒粒飯都係金黃色嫁西檸煎軟雞每件雞肉都炸得香脆,肉又嫩滑同有肉汁,加埋酸度適中嘅檸檬醬汁,完全冇油膩感,愈食愈開胃京都焗肉排肉排肉質嫩滑,完全唔鞋口!每塊肉排都有一大舊肉,配上酸甜既京都汁,食到好滿足蒜蓉椒絲炒A菜A菜係我哋平時食嘅油麥菜,簡單既蒜蓉椒絲調味,可以帶出油麥菜既清甜
