網上曾經見有KOL介紹....上嚟又見到咁多好評,排又多人咪試下。(真係唔好齋睇評分,要認真睇內容)叫咗6味菜,等我逐樣點評下:1️⃣藤椒魚皮全餐唯一好食,無差評嘅,彈牙似海蜇,味道夠辣。2️⃣蜜椒牛柳粒中規中矩,上枱熱辣辣,但唔係用蜜糖,只底普通糖漿味,牛肉淋身唔UN~但無乜肉味,淡口。3️⃣啫啫通菜個煲仔唔係熱,淨係用嚟裝啲菜,無鑊氣可言,肉碎都係淡,菜無乜味,唔建議叫。4️⃣花膠海參扒時蔬白烚西蘭花,後加芡汁,所以菜係無味嘅。花膠同海參味道淡如水...兩樣都好碎....仲有腥味。5️⃣炸蠔餅蠔極少,我夾幾次成塊都係零蠔,同埋唔係餅形 😂😂😂 全部斷開加啲炸咗嘅脆脆碎放喺面頭搞到好似好大堆咁,但啲碎都係無味的.......6️⃣金黃大蝦呢個唔講得笑,一上枱我呆左.....佢係用“小食碟”上枱。十隻都唔知有冇,收百幾蚊,但係用雪藏無味蝦,黃金極少,鹹蛋味接近得10%........仲要炸完啲蝦都勁油,又係無醃,無味㗎。蝦味又冇,鹹蛋又冇,得味黃色嘅油喺碟底.....總括而言,名大於實,或者今日嚟個大廚遊緊魂?😂 但一定無下次,搞到成枱食到呆晒。以一餐晚飯超過一半嘢食唔得就一定唔合格㗎喇 🌚🌚🌚🌚
