突然應約到沙田品嘗這酒家的小菜,點了薑蔥蟹煲:蟹肉不多, 味道一般調味簡單,新鮮保留蟹香。菜膽粉絲煲:用上湯烹調沒有油份,菜清甜份量頗多。西蘭花炒珊瑚蚝,味道不錯食材新鮮火候亦控制得剛好。糖醋排骨比較油脂,多骨肉太少,醬味比較厚身濃度高但糖醋味卻輕淡不太突出。甜點: 高力豆沙餡料紅豆蓉不太甜,外面炸成淺黃色內涵卻像煙韌綿花糖口感特別。豆沙窩餅比較油溢味重而且外皮一點都不脆好像翻炸過一樣。有生果併盤,不錯!
