蝦乾臘味煲仔飯,有大量蝦乾、潤腸粒、臘腸粒、冬菇粒、臘肉粒等,一打開煲蓋,脹卜卜的,基本飯量已到達煲邊,上面有很多的蝦乾、臘味粒,粗畧量一量,淨飯已有差不多4中碗呢!基本上料飯都足,可就是下單不到10分鐘左右就上抬,開蓋時煙都無,不是凍的,卻也並非熱騰騰的,少了熱騰騰的作用,感覺蝦乾臘味都較硬,而飯中亦缺少了臘味的油香。飯粒亦由煮熱到脹卜卜時轉為已漸降溫下逐步趨向乾硬,飯焦咬下亦只有一大片依韌感。黃金墨魚餅,有8片之多,鹹蛋黃造成的黃金汁包住每一塊彈牙的墨魚餅,鹹到適中。而且吃到豐富的墨魚肉,吃不停。菜乾豬肺湯,菜乾、新鮮的白菜、杏仁、雞腳、豬肺、豬骨煲成,奶白色的湯汁中帶有菜乾的香味,感覺已經很滋潤了。湯雖濃,喝起來卻很清甜。
