To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗荃灣兆和街富都茶餐廳食小菜套餐，見佢 $168 有兩個小菜，燉湯，仲有一碟油菜加兩杯飲品，覺得價錢尚算可以，就入去試吓！先來個燉湯，湯底清甜唔錯幾好，湯料有紅棗杞子龍眼肉煲豬骨，尚算不錯。跟著點咗兩個小菜，燒汁蒜片牛柳粒肉質有啲韌，唔見有蒜片，反而有好多翠肉瓜同洋蔥，牛柳粒變咗牛扒切碎上，是片不是粒，不過味道係惹味的，只是配料有啲怪。另一款蝦乾蒸排骨，蝦乾真係乾到碎晒，可能浸得太耐，一夾就碎晒，排骨味道還可以。
