To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小菜lunchset味道唔錯

每次經過靠得住都見到要門口排隊等位，今次都唔例外，好彩等左一陣就已經有點得入。中午lunch set餐牌有得揀食小菜或者粥/麵，選擇都幾多，不過價錢就唔算平。尤其如果食粥都比較貴，可能因為米芝蓮啦。經朋友大力推薦，我今次揀左食香酥排骨菜飯，上次朋友食過都讚不絕口。另外見到附近檯都頗多人食水晶雞，賣相都好吸引。套餐包左野飲，仲有得揀柚子蜜/柑桔蜜。不過落左order之後，佢啲野食黎得比較慢，我地3個人黎食，等左廿幾分鐘都完全無野食上檯，最後都係要催佢。排骨黎到賣相睇落唔錯，本身有啲驚炸排骨配飯會太齋，點知食落又唔會。排骨炸得都幾脆，熱辣辣而且啖啖肉，啲肉又唔會太乾身好dry。而且我估唔到佢啲菜飯都幾好食，幾香口，齋食飯都無問題。餐廳會收$3茶芥，比嘅係蘋果茶都幾特別，另外仲要再收加一，所以埋單都要近$70蚊唔平，不過啲野食質素唔錯，間唔中食下都ok。
