To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因屋企人偏好中式菜，在喜帖街睇完月球博物館后，就帶距地來試試呢間米芝蓮推介的粥鋪。到達的時間約晚上7點半，無需等位，落單后超快就上菜。三個人點佐兩份粥，一份牛腩面同一碟皖魚皮。粥底非常濃厚，魚片、燒鵝皮都幾多，一碗粥落肚成個人都暖嗮。牛腩面的分量十足，牛腩燉得入味而且入口即化，真係好正。皖魚皮口感特別，非常爽口，如果分量可以多D就好了，比較價格唔便。服務態度幾好，期間好多熟客來打包，大家都有傾計，感覺間鋪頭好有人情味。總體價格小貴，但係可以一試~下次會再黎~
