To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 下午茶食得太飽，所以晚餐一路拖到9點先食，不過都好在夜少少先食，難得黎到牛角可以唔使點等位，一陣就有得入座。今次食燒肉拼盤，睇落份量唔算多，但勝在生菜無限追加，再加上我地另外單點白飯share，所以食完其實都9成飽。拼盆包括牛肋肉、牛肩肉、牛舌、五花豚、雞翼：牛肋肉係招牌菜，入口軟身juicy，燒兩下就食得；牛肩肉比較難咬，肉味濃郁；牛舌薄切，燒個陣有血水，但食落無腥味；五花豚肥瘦適中，油脂非常香口；雞翼無咩味，但燒完外脆內嫩，都唔錯。生菜都幾脆，不過唔知點解每片都崩哂口，望落唔靚。
