To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日(被)外賣:酸辣焗蕃茄雞扒飯。盒子甫開,先見左縱一列三蕃茄,後見右縱一列三矮瓜,再見置中一塊煎雞扒。古有禾稈冚珍珠,今有煎雞蓋木耳。總之格局趣緻,好吃與否,食過先知。蕃茄與矮瓜均厚肉多汁,吃得滿足。雞扒未知何故,感覺偏酸,還好肉不韌。木耳一小撮,亦不期待任何調味,幸而口感爽脆,為個人喜好。焗飯是炒飯底,蛋絲鬆軟,飯粒分明,無覺不妥。不得不說,酸辣醬汁做得頗為出色。跟某連鎖米線專門店相比,差得尚遠,可微微的麻香滲進神經內,配上以酸甜為主導的小辣,實有過癮之樂。焗飯芝士更使味覺豐富,「酸辣米線焗飯版」當之無愧。
