To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛剛係日本旅行完返黎，心情仍然好亢奮，所以要繼續食日本野延續果份快樂……拉麵以外，今日同朋友share左三款小食，第一款係胡麻溫室蕃茄，好適合而家呢d咁熱既天氣食，又健康，番茄已經砌成一份份，好方便食，麻醬開胃，溫室番茄味道特別清甜，成個dish感覺好清新。第二款係富山手羽，將雞翼輕輕放係咀唇邊，已經感受到果種即叫即煎既熱度，香脆外皮充滿芝麻香，入面肉嫩juicy，我食得快，所以食左三隻，哈哈哈。仲有一款係餃子，好鍾意食金黃脆底既日式煎餃，餡料主要係椰菜、豬肉同韭菜，口感特別香脆同豐富，點埋餃子汁更加好食。
