To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同老公一齊放假,一齊到紅磡搵食,這間亞金南洋冰室曾經吃過,菜式有新鮮感,今天一於再來試試其他新菜式。肉鬆煉奶油酥餅一見到圖片已經被深深吸引,這種鹹甜組合的配搭,口感新鮮,加上酥皮脆卜卜,吃起來雙重刺激🥳炸蝦餅撈檬蝦餅$38 ,$58就有蝦餅撈檬😋,小師奶一定揀後者🙈上枱擺盤非常精美,用小茶壺來裝酸醋汁,有心思,撈檬的份量剛剛好,有甘筍絲、青瓜絲等等,味道清新,蝦餅炸得脆卜卜,配上甜酸醬,絕配。手撕雞蝦湯麵一放枱,已經聞到濃濃的香蝦味😋湯底好足料!主角手撕雞的肉質嫩滑,還有我最喜歡的配角們,有芽菜、豆卜等等,豆卜吸滿了湯底的精華,脹卜卜,吃起來很滋味。🥳上次吃過摩摩渣渣,今次再吃黑白配!黑白配(涼粉、豆腐花)涼粉滑嘟嘟,豆腐花都很嫩滑,配上大大粒、又軟綿綿的紅豆再加上花奶,好吃。只是$30 ,性價比極高!
