之前已經有朋友推薦過木玥巷,最近有啲想食台灣野,就去左食。野食選擇都係一般台灣菜,比較特別既係有安格斯牛肉滷肉飯,用牛肉整成既滷肉飯,不過今次我地就冇食到。呢度野食真係好有,今次食左既嘢都好滿意,而且鋪頭入面既裝修係偏木系小清新,坐落都幾舒服😌覺得有機會會再黎試佢其他野食。1️⃣琥珀核桃(前菜)一坐低店員就比左一碟我地。勁鍾意食呢個❤️唔知係咪自家製ga la不過真係好好食。核桃有蜜糖既甜,而且唔會過甜啱啱好,食完一粒接一粒,真係想問佢有冇得添😂 2️⃣木玥招牌紅燒牛肉麵($96) 係我食過最豐富既牛肉麵🤤配料除左牛肉之外,仲有牛肚、牛筋同埋風琴豆腐。牛肚食落幾彈牙,而且好有牛味,牛筋夠滑,牛肉大大片而且一啲都唔韌。入面仲有紅蘿蔔同埋白蘿蔔,兩個都煮得好淋冇渣👍另外第一次食風琴豆腐,食落好脆,浸啲落個湯到飲索埋湯汁正😋 呢度牛肉麵既湯底好香,濃郁香甜,但係唔會過鹹,飲曬成碗湯😂麵係類似手工麵既質地,煙韌有咬口。 3️⃣蟹肉明太子炒新竹米粉($90)好大碟。炒得好乾爽好香。蟹肉存在感唔係好強,但係米粉同啲紅蘿蔔絲、洋蔥、蛋等等既野炒埋一齊,一啲都唔油好好食🥰 4️⃣櫻花蝦煮蛙蛙菜($64)娃娃菜煮

娃娃菜煮得夠淋夠甜,面頭有好多櫻花蝦,同啲菜一齊食鹹甜鹹甜咁,清淡得黎唔會太單調😚
